Can anyone please advise me on how to make pizza bases from Spelt Flour ? I'm trying to reduce my intake of wheat and have being buying the Biona ones from the Health Food Shop. But would love to know how to make my own ? THANKS :)

just find any recipe for pizza dough and use white spelt flour for a lighter quality. of course you can use other spelt flours. just remember that spelt flour adsorbs water differently to 'normal' four so time your time when adding liquids.
