Are they monkeys? I haven't seen them before but I've heard about them.

Is Polythenasian the correct term for a person born in a Poly Tunnel?

I don't mind graffiti as long as their substance and thought behind it. This is pretty nifty I think.

As long as you don't "graffiti", you should be safe enough!

Not a fan of graffiti. I cringe every time I go by Treacy Avenue steps on the train; it looks ridiculous.

What the hell happened to the graffiti face on the mall?? Why was it the only one plastered over.

Someone then wrote "I can't belive this"
It was also plastered over haha..

Its ten times better than the tags that would be there if it wasn't there.
Fantastic idea to have it there imo. Just would have been deadly it had something to do with Rovers what with it being the back of the showgies and all.

This might shed some light on some of the graffiti up around town, I don't know if it is related to the one mentioned above...
there's a flickr page there with more pics.

would that mean covering up the "Clegg Out! All Out" or the Metallica thats beens sprayed on there - surely they have been there that long that they are part of modern Sligo folklore - it'd be a shame to see them gone - the towns changing so fast you know.

I grew up in Dublin... it was grim at the time - but there was one bit of graffiti that always made me laugh

    on the bus

on the way home from town...

    It said.....

    "Everything You Know Is Wrong"

The stuff from Pati is generally excellant re, the old strand road and the back of what I was used to be a customs & excise office along the river opposite the health board/Markovitz House.

But the half arsed effort out in Dunmoran Strand looks unfinished, unplanned & looks messy. More like defacement then art unfortunately.
