    I'm half thinking that running people from Sunday evening + 3 days each time and getting people used to that pattern might not be the worst idea ... it will also spread the thing out a bit more, especially if we take the occasional break. Also if people are away for the weekend, they don't miss out entirely.

    That said, that's entirely my own thinking, which I haven't discussed with the other mods ... and this activity is really Nerin's baby, which I have just been babysitting in his and 'Doom's absence, so don't take that as the Gospel according to Randy or anything ...

    No, I think it's a good idea Randy. Structure is useful - it's part of what I spend my time doing in work :)
