How much to lease forestry?

Hi all. Does anyone know how much it would be to take out a lease on forestry? Say per hectare? I know Coilte lease some forestry to a few 4x4 clubs around the country and I'm toying with the idea myself. Thanks.

In and around 80euro/ha .Definatley worth bargaining though,uptake on this land will be well down this year by farmers .

How long would that price let me lease the land for?
Is there a particular person at coilte I should speak to?
