Perhaps might open a window to Training with our boys?

The Defence Helicopter Flying School (DHFS) is based at RAF Shawbury. An independent unit within the Station, its task is to provide basic single-engine helicopter training for the Royal Navy, Army, Royal Air Force, and some overseas countries.

Whats with the nose on that machine? Seems longer than normal.

Didn't this group operate Griffon 212s in the past?

They still do and will continue to. The 2 AW-139 are an addition.
