Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Now I'm just back from a world wide trip about six months ago, im just looking for other people's opinions...

Whats the best trip you could do with e1000 for the longest amount of time, excluding flights. As in which country, part of the world??

Bolivia! I spent 300 there in just under a month and we lived in up!
Also India, very cheap. And it's way cheaper to fly to India than South America.
    Where you thinking of going?

Bolivia is defintiely cheap though you might have to actually search for the cheap stuff as opposed to SE Asia.

I've been told Indonesia is probably the cheapest place to stay for months and not spend much.

I found Bolivia cheaper than China.

India is your best bet as you can get flights there return for bout 500, maybe less.

A flight to Bankok or S.America are roughly the same, you'd be doing well to get on for less than 850 these days.

Hmmm I didn't. Wouldn't be much difference but i thought China was cheaper in general.

India, Nepal and Laos are the cheapest places I've been.

Dory I can't believe you only spent €300 in Bolivia, that's mad! Haven't been there myself but if it's that cheap I might have to give it a go.

Interesting stuff about Bolivia, I likes cheap!
And on that note, whats the cheapest way to get there from Dublin (that doesn't involve being stuck in a crate)?
I presume you have to hit Miami or somewhere similar on the way?

I've no idea why I said China. I haven't even been there. I think I meant to say Thailand.

    Yes, Thailand.

I can't believe anyone spent less than 300 euro in one month in Bolivia. It's cheap but not that cheap.
