    Hi.

    Can someone please explain in lay man terms what exactly is "Jailbreaking" an ipod touch and also what merits it might provide???

    In addition, please tell me how to back up my itunes library onto my external hard drive. I have been pulling my hair out for the last 30 mins trying to do it.
