    Speculation here. Maybe they are trying to woo as many in sub-prime style using taxpayers money before tighter regulations are announced in the budget today?

    Hey,

    does anyone know what the deal is with getting a mortgage for a selfbuild? My fiancee owns the site. Just wondering what sort of LTVs the bank give for such cases. We hope to apply for a joint mortgage.
