after yesterdays display pav is gone....................anyone disagree ?

ive been saying it all season that he is too laid back for prem........the gooners choice of russian has hit the ground running !

2 target men to replace pav and bent and all will be good

I'd keep Pav for another season with FC going back to United and get rid of Bent soonest...

Agreed!! I do think he has been decent on occasions but needs more consistency.

Maybe its just me but I think of the five Pav is the one Harry is going to let go. It cracks me up every time Pav is playing that Harry spends the majority of the time in his coaching area constantly shouting at the grief. My wife noticed it first and her comment was "that player cant be good for Harry's blood pressure" which was one of her better comments.

I am prepared to get shot down here but I think Bent isnt bad for an away game on the counter attack.

I never like to wish a player ill but I wasnt too disappointed to see Downing injured yesterday. For me he is just not Spurs quality.

I see someone mentioned Duff but he snubbed us before because of his links with Chelsea the weepy sleepy sod so that's a non starter for me.

I would love to see Diarra at our club. He is getting regular football at the Berneaubea though.

What about Owen on a free if the Toon relegated.

No way, he's a crock. More interested in his horses than football these days.

No chance of Tevez going to Spurs or City. If he stays in England, he will go to Liverpool or Chelsea. Would be some crack if he went to Liverpool and they won the league next season !

Acording to Sky Sports News Stevie Ireland may not sign a new contract at Man City, he would be a lovely partner for Palacios in our midfield

Just reported that Harrys in the hunt for new strikers. He's interested in £12m rated Edin Dzeko from Wolfsberg in the Bundeslega. He's 24 or 25 and Bosnian. Harrys also tracking Goran Pandev from Lazio who will be on Bosnan Free as he has'nt signed a new contract. He's a Macedonian International. Don't know anything about them although Wolfsberg really rate Dzeko.
I do know however, that Sandra Redknapp will score more goals in a Spurs shirt than Bent or Pav next season as they will surely be sold to fund the transfer kitty. Good 'ol Harry.

he already has signed a new contract i thought?

Teez will not go to lierpool. Rafa says he needs three new players for 30mill total-he wont blow it all on one player!

Also heard about Pandev...looks a tough cookie. Dont think Harry likes Pav or Bents lazy still of play..

If he gets a good offer then they will be gone...

    also Bently to go.

Harry enjoys a reputation within the game as a transfer 'wheeler-dealer', a man with the street smarts of an East End market trader when it comes to the tricky stuff of playing the transfer market and building sides.

Redknapp has hinted today that some of that legendary prowess may well come in handy this summer, as Spurs, constrained by their sizeable expenditure during the January transfer window, may have to be imaginative in the way in which the squad is tweaked to create room for new arrivals.

The Spurs gaffer has been engaged in discussions with his chairman, Daniel Levy, about the club's transfer plans, and has revealed that sales will be the order of the day before any new purchases are made.

"We need to sell one or two[players], in his [Levy's] words, be creative in the transfer market in the summer," he told Sky Sports.

Redknapp clearly has the confidence of his chairman though, who has hailed the impact of the Londoner upon a side who were seemingly destined for relegation when he was appointed, but who can, with victory over Liverpool on Sunday and a little bit of luck, qualify for the Europa League.

"Whilst it was undoubtedly the more difficult option at the time, I am delighted that the changes have proved to have been the correct ones and that we have been able to enjoy a positive ending to our season," Levy said.
"It has been a terrific team effort led by Harry Redknapp and I am extremely grateful for the drive and determination of all concerned to effect this turnaround."

i think kevin nolan would be an excellent sighing and would be a decent price.he and palacious in mid field would be strong

cisse i agree is the same as bent so that would be a mistake signing him
