Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Myself and a mate are starting a new website, a social networking type site aimed at clubbers and electronic music fans. We are looking for some help and wondering if anyone would like to get involved.

We have a skeleton site up so far to test etc and its pretty impressive! But still lots of customisation to do yet - but it has lots of nice features that the users will appreciate.

It is being built using Lovd By Less (Ruby on Rails) and we have that part under construction - what we do need help with is the theme of the site - the html/css and graphics portion. Is there anyone here why would like to help out?

Even if you are interested to see it just as a tester etc - please drop me a pm - the more the merrier!

This Lovd By Less thing looks v interesting, in ruby.. Will be interested to see how this turns out, as I was supposed to be getting into a project quite similar with a promoter when I was in 1st year..

Before you get too far into lovdbyless, have you checked out elgg? I am using it to create a new site (NSFW) and it's really, really nice.
