Tattoo 16 Year Old w/ Parental Consent

    In Drogheda theres The Pain Factory which allows tattooing of a 16 or 17 year old with parental consent/appearance.

    Anywhere else preferably in Dublin that would do this also?

    Im 16 years old. 17 in June. I know you will say 'Wait until your legal, you'll regret it anyways'. I have considered this over and over. I dont believe I will regret it.

    2 small tattoos are of my desire.

    One outline star on the left of my chest above the nipple.

    The four card suits (spades, hearts, clubs, diamonds) in their colours (red & black) just below my neck but not visible when wearing a t-shirt.

    Anywhere that would carry out a tattoo on a minor is really not somewhere that you would actually want to get tattooed.
