Meant to post about this last week... might be a long shot to find the owner but...

So after the Greystones parade on Paddy's Day, when we returned to the car (which was parked in the car-park of the new swimming pool and leisure complex), there was a brown jacket in a ball on the ground over beside our car...

Since most people were just walking by it, I figured it must've blown out of someone's boot when they were heading off to the parade, as it was pretty windy that day...
