What might the "Octrine" system be?

Mother is having a scan of what she terms the "octrine" system. Next week. This is in relation to investigating the source of her cancer (lymph nodes, including neck). I have googled "auctrine" and "octrine" and numerous other similar permutations of the word, but can't, for the life of me, figure what the "octrine" system…

She doesn't know either, and even her nurse didn't seem to know.

Can anyone shed any light on what the intended scan might be? She had a bone scan yesterday, so it might be a follow-up to that.
