(Mods please move if there's a more appropriate place for this thread-didn't know where else to put it and didn't want yore ma replies in AH :o)

    Hi all,
I'm looking for a nice quote, biblical reference, lyric or just a short phrase to put onto a memorial. It's for my boyfriends mums anniversary next month to go alongside a tree we planted for her for mothers day last week. Has anyone got any ideas or know a good website to look at? Ive searched the net, but theyre all a little morbid or far too long.
I don't want it to be sad, more like a celebration of life that would make you smile to read it.
    Thanks in advance,
    Jeapy. :)

Wow, freaky coincidence! I was in the hairdresser earlier and that book was on the windowsil (sp?). It was left there by the Book People, didn't even read the name or pick it up! Might go back tomorrow and have a look. Thanks for the reply.

"Life is eternal and love is immortal, and death is only an horizon, and an horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight" (Rossiter Worthington Raymond)

I've always like this one - you'd see it on mass cards and the likes!

sometimes the most simplest ones are the best.

I always use the same one for my grandfather every year, he was the most specialist person in my whole life

Each day has diff quote. I have saved the good ones

Where thou art, that is home - Emily Dickinson
Where there is great love, there are always miracles - Willa Cather
Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen - Hebrews 11.1

Another one is from bible that just sprang to mind - i go before thee to prepare a place for you in heaven (or something like that)

just thought all those were nice
