don't forget you can get the line changed to someone else living there if they are entitled.

Do they have to be living alone?

I just want to know, who exactly is entitled, and if you know, cite it.

You must be a pensioner or a carer like you've been told already.

My next door neighbour has his DSL on his mothers line and the netopia on her windowsill facing his house .

You must be a pensioner or a carer ( carers allowance or benefit ) to get free line rental .

Very easy to get carers allowance or benefit if you have a kid
