Best Blank Dvd's to buy please?

Hope to copy a few exrental dvd's for a friend. I'd greatly appreciate any advice on what blank dvd's I should buy taking in to account the dvd's will be over 2 hours long even 3 and will be played on a Dell Laptop or Samsung? Thanks in advance for your help.

There won’t be any more warnings. Just banning and post deletions. Discussion of illegal activity (warez, cracks, where to download copyright material, posting links to sites that provide links to download warez, ripping copyright DVDs, bypassing firewalls, etc) puts this whole community in danger of being shut down, so it won’t be tolerated.
