Breakfast - 3 weetabix, skimmed milk, canderel. Orange Juice.
Morning Snacks- slice of brown bread, lf butter and jam. Handful of grapes Tea, Sweetner, lf Milk
Lunch - either a ham & cheese sandwich with lf mayo or beans on toast. Somedays I would have a mixed salad with chicken/tuna or ham. Tea, Sweetner, Lf Milk
Afternoon Snacks - 2 Satsumas, 1 Banana and maybe a yoghurt. Tea, Sweetner, lf Milk

After writing it down, it does seem alot. Anyone got better choices for during work for me or should I just cut the eating in half?

It depends - are you trying to lose weight? If not then it doesn't seem too bad.

Maybe just have 2 weetabix and put chopped kiwi on it instead of candarel. I know its low calories but you should cut that artifical crap out of your diet. Half the amount of cups of tea - have good old water instead.

What do you have in the evenings then?

    it's not a lot

    but there's too much bread.

i'd avoid mayo too on the sambo

swap the sambo for a wrap or some rye or whatever.

4/5 small meals a day is ideal

Lot of carbs, very low on protein and fats and vegetables.

Replace some of the fruit with vegetables, and some of the cereal/bread with a protein/fat food like fish or eggs.
