    I live in Ongar and recently got a letter in my door from Adeola Ogunsina who represents Fine Gael which stated the the ongar management company wanted to handover all the common areas lighting etc to the Fingal county council. Does anyone know what impact this will have on management fees for the Ongar area?

    If you are in an apartments not a whole lot, due to the need for sinking funds, common are light in the building, cleaning and such.

    The house I am not sure, the space are managed I believe by the management company but I suspect most of the fee go towards the gardening and such
