Management AGENT! Sorry, I don't know the answer but it's confusing when people mix up management companies and agents.

In brief the management company is the legal entity reponsible for the development and owner of all common areas, all owners are members of the management company.

The management agent is the company (and yes they often call themselves X property management company) employed by the management company to administer the day to day running of the development, fee collection, troubleshooting, accounting, contractor hire etc.. or that's the theory anyway!
