redundant without pay?

im working at a comapny through a recruitment agency for over 2 years.ive been made redundant but without any redundancy pay and only 1 week notice.another agency worker in a different dept was given redundancy pay.the agency have told me im not entitled to it.is this the case?the nera website says min redundancy payment…
