Diabetes and weight gaining

Im trying to find out can anyone reccomend what ""supplement"" is the best to use for gaining weight as im diabetic i have to watch what i take. I have a fairly good diet and have tried a few supplements and neither have worked. Surely there must be something on the market that people get results from,any ideas…
