Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hosting365 questions

Hello, I've recently been asked to look after a website which is hosted on Hosting365. Website itself is fairly simple, few php/html pages.
I want to add MiniBB to the site and I think I have set everything up correctly, as the initial install script says I have. However, when I try to continue with the install, all I get is a blank white html page. the scrip is trying to set up a mysql db and create tables. I've looked at the 365 control panel and can't see anything there which states what, if anything, is needed to create/connect to a db. I've put a question into 365, but no answer yet, and I'm a little bit under pressure to get this finished.
I have also installed a PHP counter folder, and setup the mysql db & tables myself using phpadmin, but again, can't seem to make any sort of connection to the db.
Anybody have any sort of similar issues with H365? Is there something I need to request from them to allow db connections? I've never dealt with any hosting company before, or that type of contol panel...

    Any help is much appreciated.
