Could anybody make a motorised 5.25" bay for a 5.6" touchscreen?

The aim is to create a 5.25" version of Thermaltake's (considerable higher specced) Flip Out 7" monitor.
This is the screen I wish to use:
    Screen
    Here's the Thermaltake 7":
    Thermaltake Screen
And this is the case I own, the Thermaltake VA8003BWS:

Considering the Thermaltake is €240 and is a lot better specced, I have decided to use this as my total budget.
Approximately €110 has already been designated to the AT056TN52 5.6" LCD Screen as well as the touchscreen module that comes with it, so this will be deducted from my budget.

So for €130, I am asking can someone:
Create a unit that only takes up the top single 5.25" bay
Make the screen fold back about 95 degrees after a linear actuator or other motorised device pushes the screen from its case horizontally
It has to be neat and flush.
It will need to be able to use all its power from the power supply, like the thermaltake.
Make the screen come out and go in with one press of a button
The screen must have a power button on the front panel. I would like it to be like the Logitech Control Pod's power button in the picture. It turns red when off and blue when on. I think it would be a nice touch if you could set LEDs in a similar fashion.

    Here's a tutorial of a non-motorised version of what I'm talking about
    Tutorial LCD Bay Mod

    I can provide:
    Screen,
    Touch Screen Module,
Old 5.25" DVD Drive for Eject button, and Component Base.
    Thermaltake VA8003BWS 5.25" bay cover
I have about twenty spare computer cases, power supplys, CRT monitors and dvd drives.

    Spare VGA cables.

Also you can deduct some of the money for a choice of the following items:

    Gigabyte GA-P31-DS3L (possibly faulty)
    Corsair 450w Power Supply
    CoolerMaster Aquagate R120 Watercooling System
    Wharfedale 21" Television
    Goodmans 5.1 Surround Sound System

Included are ideas of what the front and back should look like

    Anyone interested?
