About to graduate with a journalism degree and was wondering does anyone know good ideas for finding internships or just some experience (paid if possible) in the media sector...other than freelance.

Particularly interested in layout and design...but any area would be good.

Also interested in film and was wondering is there any way to get some beginner experience in documentary/ TV/ film...

Have a plan for next year but just trying to make my Summer interesting and worthwhile before that...

    Thanks for any help!

Your college should be able to help out. If they are a credible institution they must surely have contacts in broadcast and print media, nationally and regionally.
My own advice is to apply to regional newspapers or radio stations.
You say you are interested in layout and design - try freesheet newspapers.
They most likely won't pay you as they will look at providing training on the job for you. But what you will learn from the experience will prove invaluable later on.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
