Help me out with finding a song

Hey, Ok this is a massive shot in the dark but there's this song that I really want to hear but don't know the name of it. The chorus goes goes 'stand up, stand up' a few times and mentions something about a bus, I think. Its an old song but fairly well known. So eh...anyone any ideas as to what it is?
