    Hopefully a quick question for you. What would be the difference between a normal copy of title deeds, and a digitised copy?

    Only asking as a digitised copy of mine has been requested before our sale goes though.

    It's just a copy of the deeds in digital format, i.e on a computer. I'd imagine scanning it into an image would be acceptable
