Cat Found white and tabby!!!!

Hi, im not sure if this is in the right place, a cat was found by my neighbours a few days ago(leixlip area),she is young and small,mostly white with tabby spots on the back of her head and tail,with black rings around her tail.She is a lovely cat and seems to be used to living in a house. If anyone knows her owners please…

Hi,
