    Hi,

    I just moved to Ranelagh. I am stuck in a contract with NTL from my previous address so I have to stick with them for TV. Unfortunately, NTL / UPC do not offer phone & broadband in Ranelagh.

    Who would be the best provider to go with in terms of service and price?
