Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

pstools from sysinternals on microsoft website
gives a list of control panel

    psinfo -s > software.txt

    I would use http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html

Belarc Advisor gives you a list of the software on the PC complete with the codes. Also lists the hardware and driver versions I think. Very handy program. Make sure that you have all of the CDs before you reinstall. And probably handy to take a copy of the drivers (particularly network) as well.
