Just wondering what the 'average' amount of time it would take a prospective buyer in Dublin to sign contacts? House offer accepted pretty much 3.5/4 weeks ago. Building Survey completed 2 weeks ago. (Note - cash buyer + building survey was given the all clear) Ta.
