oak trees advice needed

Hi, Any help here greatly appreciated. I am seriously thinking of buying these trees. Are they priced well? Are they Irish oak? How do i know they wont be dead when i get them to my site? How do i check they are still alive before i buy?? what would be a fair price for the 50?
