Leaving at 7.30 would be fine. You could go the m50 and come off at ballymun, and down to quickpark that way.
Or you could avoid the m50 altogether and take the R122 off the St.Margarets road which is the road from lidl to the Charlestown shopping centre.

It's a 15-20 min drive (depending on traffic lights and traffic) from Charlestown to the airport. I'd stay away from the M50 (no need to use it), and go along the road down to the back of the airport.

Stay away from the m50 - all the trucks will be coming down to get into the port tunnel. Go the back road past Charlestown shopping centre.

The M50 is the main route for people who would be unfamiliar with the area. Its not the quickest but well signposted where the R122 isnt.
