I expect they were good ol' Irish people
Local SF Councillor John Hearne said it was understood that certain treats were made before last night's attack on a house at Ardmore Park.

Waterford is due to get a bus load of Syrian families.
Where do you expect them to be housed? Waterford Castle?

Whether you like it or not, some people do not want these people here
and they will do what ever it takes to prevent this from happening.
(I'm not suggesting either that this was the case here!)

That place is going to the dogs. I really pity people who live out there along with other people in Waterford's working class estates. We're going the same way as Limerick.

its much better than it was actually in ways, but the criminal element is very worrying, the new breed of criminals truly dont care, murder or attempted murder is a part of business, more so than previous generations. it has the potential to escalate

Does anyone know anything about the houses being built alongside/on the halting site in Carrickpherish? I drove past today and there seemed to be 2 caravans parked up in the actual building site area, up against the boards enclosing the building site.

Just a few questions on the Patrick's Day parade - where's the best area to get a decent view of it? (Might have a niece with us who's 4 years old).

Is it busy along the route - like 4 or 5 rows deep? (Went to the one in Cork city a few years ago and it was packed, not enjoyable at all really).

Is there a good atmosphere at it? (Again in Cork unfortunately where we were standing there was an unpleasant family who were giving people a lot of aggro - that's my polite way of describing them!!)

    It's going to be a pizza/kebab place

It's a wonder places like these stay open for so long, as they never seem busy

**** me..."Waterford was a safe place to explore my sexuality". Maybe from his private school existence but I cant imagine Waterford being a gay friendly place, still lots of little narrow minded bigots all over the town.
