Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm looking to get to know how to use my new SLR.

Can anybody suggest a decent night course in Dublin that won't empty my pockets? :)

i'd second that... seems to put you in the most advanced position after outta most the courses... if ya can stretch.. Griffith College does a FETAC accreddition Diploma in Photographic Media... evening course... really amazing what they cram in... quite a workload tho

That fetac course in Griffith College sounds pretty interesting. I did one module (Photographic techniques) from a similar fetac accredited course (as a evening class) this spring and loved it. Alas the particular college I did it in doesn't offer any further evening classes from their fetac photography course.

Yeah the Griffith course does sound good, any idea of prices, and schedule, for the part-time version?

Couldn't manage that four night a week.
Something a bit more "distance learning" might suit me better.
    Thanks anyway.

    In limerick senior college?
I did that course last autumn and i wiish there was some kind of follow on course aswell. Sickener! I was thinking of doing the digital photography fetac night course they have but apparently theres a lot of overlap with the photgraphic techniques course so i didnt bother

Yip in Limerick senior college! - super course for just over €200, thought Anne was excellent! Its a shame they don't offer more modules from their day time course as evening classes
