Hello to everyone, Ultimate Conflict III returns with its 3rd Edition, "Anarchy", Friday May 1st in the Mourne Country Hotel at 7pm, Newry. There is an exciting line up already signed up:

Peter Wilson (EFR Fight team) v Robbie Walsh (Rush Fight Academy) Catch weight bout,64k

Peter is possibly one of the most underrated fighters in the country and has been flying under the radar gaining experience in a lot of shows. With a strong clinch and solid ground work Peter is a threat to anyone at this weight. Robbie has been around the game for a long time now and is eager to make a return to winning ways, and a win here against a tough opponent like Wilson would surely catapult him into title contention!

Co Main-Event: Liam Shannon (EFR Fight team) v Joe Cunnane (Next Generation) Middleweight bout, 84k

Liam is an explosive fighter with dangerous stand up and devastating ground and pound and always comes to fight. After some time off Liam is keen to make his mark in an already solid Middleweight division! Joe Cunnane though will be no easy task, training under Dave Jones at the Next Generation Academy you can be sure that Joe is going to be ready!

Main Event: Damien Rooney (EFR Fight team) v Ritchie Ivory (Next Generation), Catch Weight bout, 62k

After having impressed in his last two outings in the Conflict promotion Damien makes his first appearance in the headline bout. A very dangerous striker with a much underrated ground game, he has the power to KO anyone at this weight class and is keen to make a statement with this performance! Ritchie though is flying high after a very impressive outing, convincingly stopping season pro Shane Thomas in the first round at Ultimate Conflict II "The Battle Continues". Dropping down a weight class he will be confident that he will have what it takes to upset the hometown favourite in the main event. Going to be a cracker!

Those are some of the main fights on the card, but there are much more. We also have another few spots still remaining on the card for 66k and 70k semi pro fighters who are interested in competing in the event. We hope to see you all there and expect another sell out crowd like the last two shows.

Tickets are available for purchase on the newly launched website at:

    www.ultimateconflictireland.com

We apologise as it is still under construction but all of the latest news, pictures and of course fight footage from previous events will be posted soon, so stay tuned!

    Cheers

    Ultimate Conflict Team
