    Struggled a bit on the bench press and the chest press, squats as well were tough.... not feeling it today... gonna try and listen a bit more to my body today food wise, not eat a certain amount because it's lunch time, dinner time or snack time, however I'm also not going to go without food for over 3 hours.... Looking forward to my assesment now tomorrow, really don't know how I've progressed, if I have at all...

    Friday 3rd July

    Ok so went to the gym for my assesment, BF down to 29%, happy with that. All other measurements are down too.... Trainer said she was going give me a program that would really push me. reps of between 8-10 and should realy be struggling on the last few of the last set. Went thru the program and towards the end of it, I got light headed and had to sit down for a while. We decided it would be better to book in again and go through the rest of the program at a later stage. Mother of God, I am aching already, and it's only 6 hours ago since I was at the gym. Body will just need a bit of time to get used to it, never in my life pushed my body as hard as I did today....

    This is were I lost it altogether, I never do squats and lunges after each other as I find them really tough, usually do a bit of arm work in between. Have to say I found this program very difficult and I still have to get the rest of it. However I'm looking forward to doing it over the next month or so.
