right lately ( once a week or so ) I seem to be using potato's for chips but iv been left over with the skins looking at them thinking they could be used for something nice im sure .

I'm not scooping them out so they usually end up shredded. Is there anything I can do with them ? For a bit of a side.

    Preferably without cheese or cream

    any idea's

you can put them in soups and stews

    or roast them, as crisps

Why not make wedges instead of chips? That way there'll be no wastage.
