RTE's Budget Special page
Still being updated with news stories. This is where you'll get the main headlines to come from today's budget as well as reaction. It also includes a link to the video of the budget speech.

Irish Times budget special
This includes news, analysis, some of the pre-budget submissions and the entire text of Brian Lenihan's speech as Minister for finance. You'll get extended analysis here.
