Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Canon Accident

Hi I have just dropped my Canon 350D. It fell from my hand onto carpet, but landed with a bit of a thud. The only immediate issue is that it is stuggling to autofocus - sounds like the motor is labouring to get past an obstruction. I work at Earlsfort terrace. Is there anywhere local that you would recommend I take the camera for repairs? Should I prepare myself for an expensive bill or even a right off?
    Cheers

Sounds like the lens is damaged.

You *could* try Image Supply Systems I guess but what lens is it?

Would your camera be covered on your insurance policy ?
