I don't suppose anyone has an idea of the overall effect of this budget on Enterprise Ireland's operating budget?

Not sure. I saw that SFI had 2 million cut from their budget. Not sure if EI had their budgets reduced in any way. If you think about it though, EI help start-up companies and University spin-offs, provide tech transfer and try to recruit companies from abroad so cutting their budget would have significant effects on those activities and wouldn't be the best idea imho.
