    Conspiracy forum is the forum I reckon. If I'm right then you should warn people for smiley overuse, it's really annoying in my opinion, like txtspk but with faces. Blocking smileys is like having Jurassic Park filled with only female dinosaurs. Or something.

    Ah I don't know, I think it would drive people nuts because it would inevitably become the most used emoticon. Imagine seeing thjerkit.gif everywhere you turned!

    As far as on-topic goes, I agree with LL, take away smilies and I think plenty of posts are going to be open to misinterpretation.

    How about.... Instead of banning all the smilies just ban people on site who use them out of context. It'd be like taking Sigpo to the next extreme... Biko would cream himself :p
