    Previous Maximum Lifts:

    Squat: 110kg
    Bench Press 75kg
    Deadlift: 120kg
    Shoulder Press: 50kg
    Power Clean: 47.5kg

    This is my first time doing the power clean, so I started out at 47.5kg.

    I try and go to the gym at at least twice a week, and no more then 3 times a week.

    So far I am into session 6. So i will post previous work outs to catch up.

    I'm 28, 82.5kg, 5' 10".

    I strained a ligament in my back a few weeks ago, so that Deadlift is a great achievement for me.

    I did the 120 KG squat!! That was a personal goal of mine that I wanted to achieve!! :D It was actually ok. I squeezed out the last rep, but I felt I could have done more!

    My Shoulder Press is starting to go. I really struggled on the final two reps, but I managed to get them out.

    The 125kg squat was a bit wobbily, and I managed to split my underwear!!

    I failed on the overhead press. I could only get out 3 reps on the first set!! :mad:

    I was exhausted by the time I got to the power clean, so I only managed 3 sets.

    I'll just put it down to an off day... yes.. that's it... an off day...:p

    I returned to the gym after a break of about 3 months yesterday. I took up rugby so that's why the liting fell to the wayside. So from now on, it's rugby twice a week (Tuesday & Thursday) and lifting twice a week (Sunday & Wednesday). Anyway, here's how I strated out.
