locking threads giving incomplete answers doesn't help.

Ah, the daily "is the cap enforced thread" is becoming an hourly phenomenon. There's already a locked thread on this exact topic on the front page, why start another one? Read the FAQ or search the forum.

If you don't want people asking the same question over and over again, put the pertinent and detailed answers in the FAQ. All they show for the upload/download limits on BT currently:

    "BT Internet
Plain and simply BT have the right to charge, BT have been known to charge customers but not others.
It would appear the odds of being charged are slim but don't say you weren't warned.
Recently it would appear BT have been speed throttling some users who go over there limit.
The cap is not upload and download and instead is download only"

Instead, you insist on antagonizing readers by spending more time locking their threads on particular questions on detailed aspects of this vague summary while implying they are morons.

As the FAQ/Charter outlines people are more then welcome to suggest content for it and they can even write something up themselfs which a mod may add to it (loads of people have done this already),....you'd know this of course if you read the thread the charter thread of course ;)

Mods don't spend every waking moment on a forum ensuring that every little question is covered in the charter/faq.

Users should use common sense and use the search function before asking a question which it appears you'd rather complain then do this.

Anyway along with boards rules creating a off-topic thread to question a mod's decision in this forum is not on.

If you have an issue then take it to helpdesk instead of creating a thread which will be locked because its against the rules to do so in this forum (openly start questioning a mods decision),

Thread Locked, open another thread on this topic and your banned for a two month's
