Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The ones near me(south Kildare) are still not out but I was looking for another site around the area that has loads of them. The area would be Kildare, Laois, Carlow, Wicklow and maybe Offaly or Kilkenny. The place near me is Mullaghreelan near Kilkea and Castledermot but I'm hoping that there is a place with more bluebells than this, even if they are gone by now I'll know for next year.

Think they might be out in next couple of weeks(might be wrong). Co Clare is well know for them. I think the woods near Rathanagan might have them.

There are usually some on the part of St. Kevins Way on the Kings River, just down the track on the left before Balinagee Bridge coming over the Wicklow Gap from the Dublin side. This was taken on 26th May in 2007, so you may be a bit early for them at least in that location.

Jenkinstown, Co. Kilkenny. This one was taken there in early May last year.

Both Moore Abbey wood in Monasterevin and Kilanthomas Wood in Rathangan will have Bluebells, and Kilanthomas will also have Wild Garlic which contrasts well with the Bluebells

Click on the photo to see some shots from last year.

Full bluebell season is probably two to three weeks away yet.

The first bluebells in our garden bloomed two days ago.

This is a card I made last May.
