Spider Bite

Hi Guys, I think i got bit by a spider on Monday and noticed a little bite on my arm. It got kind of hard behind the bite and hurt a little when i touched it. I thought nothing of it but as of today I have noticed that the skin around the bite is turning yellow. Does anyone have any advise?
