Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Neighbouring sites issues

    Hey,

    Quick background.

Wife and I have a site with old cottage. Originally there was one big site but was divided between members of the family into two smaller sites. Our side had the original house.

We're planning to level the cottage and build new house.

The house next door was built in the 80's and their water (from GWS) and electricity supply crosses our site, both below ground (naturallly for the water i know). I have no problem with this really.....until we start digging the place up.

I can see how it was allowed to happen at the time but what would the best course of action be in terms of moving them or having them moved? are there any legal issues etc that ye can help/advise me with.

    thanks

Im sorry but your question is of a legal nature and I can only advise you to consult with a solicitor who can check if there are any easements in place and advise you accordingly.

Our forum charter doesnt allow for discussions relating to legal issues so I have to lock this.
