Does anyone know - as Ulster Bank is not one of the six banks covered under the guarantee scheme and according to RTE, will not be part of NAMA's remit; what is situation regarding Sean Dunne's loan for Jurys Ballsbridge etc from Ulster Bank?

good question , I remember looking up some of the details before , Ulster Bank farmed out some of the loans to other banks , dont know to who. I dont think it does but open to correction. Ulster banks parent would take any hits first. The gov. is not backstopping foreign banks.
