    My personal favourite is Kurosawa's Seven Samurai. Over 3 hours long and not once does it feel like a chore to watch. Pure audiovisual excellence.

    Hard to pick, but I'm going to pick my top 5 films that I could watch over and over and over again.

    1. The Good, The Bad and The Ugly
    2. Alien (waaaaay better than Aliens)
    3. Jaws
    4. Easy Rider
    5. The Shining

    I used to love Goodfellas. Thought it was the best film ever, but I'm not a massive fan of it any more for some reason.

    Naked or Magnolia. My favourites, but can't suggest either is the best as film is a personal, objective subject.
