It's hit and miss usually, some shops open, some shops closed.

Most mainstream shops should be open 12-6 on Monday.
Some specialist shops may be closed though.

Department stores and high street shops will be open 12-6. Anything smaller than that or who already have limited/no Sunday hours will be closed.
