Shore fishing in Cork

    Hello there,
    I am looking to get back into shore (rock / pier) fishing - using mostly lures, spinners etc - {until I figure out this bait fishing lark} after pollack, bass and whatever else I manage to entice.
    The catch is ....(no pun intended) ....my sister has decided that she would like to try it out as well and while I would not really think twice about heading off over rocks and the like to find a possible mark I cant really expect my sister to do the same.
    So I was wondering if anyone would have advice as to where an easily accessible mark could be found in the West Cork / Kerry area (willing to travel).
    Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated,
